The first part of a two-phased speculative industrial project in a master-planned development of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Phase one, named Logistics Center I, is a mega-distribution center for global e-commerce strategically located with proximity to the Dallas/Fort Worth population base for same-day customer deliveries, and within the Central time zone near the UPS and FedEx regional hubs for next-day and international deliveries. Now an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
